The information provided on this website is for general informational and educational purposes only. Website content does not constitute legal advice, safety certification, OSHA compliance certification, security certification, insurance advice, engineering advice, professional legal opinion, or a guarantee of compliance with any federal, state, local, industry-specific, contractual, or insurance requirement.
Website content may describe general safety, security, documentation, assessment, and planning concepts. However, every business, facility, workplace, hazard profile, operation, workforce, industry, and risk environment is different. Information on this website should not be relied upon as a substitute for a site-specific evaluation, legal review, regulatory review, insurance review, or professional judgment by qualified personnel.
Calvary is not a law firm and does not provide legal services or legal advice. No attorney-client relationship is created by visiting this website, submitting a contact form, requesting information, participating in a consultation, purchasing services, receiving documents, receiving recommendations, or otherwise communicating with Calvary.
Clients are encouraged to consult qualified legal counsel regarding legal compliance, regulatory obligations, contractual duties, employment law issues, OSHA matters, state-plan requirements, local ordinances, insurance obligations, incident response obligations, and any other legal matters.
Calvary may provide documents, assessments, recommendations, programs, templates, reports, and related services that are intended to be OSHA-aligned, safety-focused, or compliance-supportive. However, Calvary does not represent, warrant, or guarantee that any document, program, inspection, assessment, recommendation, training material, policy, procedure, or service will result in full OSHA compliance or compliance with any other federal, state, local, or industry-specific requirement.
Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, Calvary’s services are not approved, endorsed, certified, or guaranteed by OSHA, any state occupational safety and health agency, any insurance carrier, any law enforcement agency, any regulatory authority, any standards organization, or any governmental body.
The client remains solely responsible for determining, implementing, maintaining, monitoring, enforcing, and updating its own safety programs, workplace practices, hazard controls, employee training, record-keeping, reporting, and compliance obligations.
Calvary does not guarantee, promise, or warrant any specific outcome. This includes, but is not limited to, no guarantee that Calvary’s services, documents, recommendations, inspections, assessments, plans, templates, or reports will:
Calvary’s services are intended to support risk awareness, documentation development, safety planning, security planning, and management decision-making. Final decisions, implementation, enforcement, training, monitoring, and ongoing compliance remain the responsibility of the client.
The client is solely responsible for providing accurate, complete, and current information to Calvary. Calvary’s services, documents, reports, findings, and recommendations may depend on information provided by the client, observations made during limited site visits, documents reviewed, conditions visible or disclosed at the time of service, and the stated scope of work.
The client remains responsible for:
Failure to provide accurate or complete information may affect the usefulness, accuracy, or applicability of Calvary’s work.
Calvary’s scope of services will be determined by the applicable proposal, estimate, invoice, service description, statement of work, subscription description, or separate written agreement. Services may include a combination of editable Word or PDF templates, customized documents, written reports, inspection findings, recommendations, remote document-based services, site visits, safety inspections, physical security assessments, and training program documents or materials.
Unless expressly included in writing, Calvary’s services do not include legal representation, formal legal opinions, certified OSHA compliance audits, engineering certifications, industrial hygiene sampling, environmental testing, fire protection engineering, law enforcement services, armed or unarmed guard services, cybersecurity services, insurance underwriting, claims handling, or emergency response services.
When Calvary performs site visits, inspections, walk-throughs, or security assessments, such services are limited to the scope, date, time, access, information, and conditions available at the time of the visit. Site visits and assessments are not exhaustive unless expressly stated in writing.
Conditions may change after Calvary’s visit. Hidden hazards, concealed conditions, undocumented practices, employee behavior, unauthorized modifications, temporary conditions, weather events, operational changes, maintenance failures, third-party conduct, criminal acts, or undisclosed information may affect safety or security risks.
Calvary is not responsible for hazards, violations, vulnerabilities, or conditions that are outside the agreed scope of work, not reasonably observable, concealed, not disclosed, created after the service date, or not communicated to Calvary.
Calvary may provide training program documents, outlines, templates, handouts, checklists, or related materials for the client to deliver to its employees, contractors, or personnel. Unless expressly stated in a separate written agreement, Calvary does not directly conduct employee training.
The client is responsible for ensuring that training is delivered by qualified personnel, is understood by employees, is documented properly, is provided in a language and manner employees understand, and satisfies any applicable legal, regulatory, operational, contractual, or insurance requirement.
Providing training materials does not guarantee that the client’s employees are trained, competent, compliant, or qualified.
Documents, templates, reports, findings, and recommendations provided by Calvary are prepared based on the information available at the time and the scope of services requested. Deliverables may require client review, customization, implementation, training, maintenance, periodic updates, and legal or regulatory review before use.
Editable documents are provided for client convenience. The client is solely responsible for any edits, modifications, deletions, additions, formatting changes, redistribution, or use after delivery. Calvary is not responsible for altered documents unless the altered version is reviewed and approved by Calvary in writing.
Calvary does not provide emergency response services. Website contact forms, emails, phone calls, consultations, assessments, reports, or recommendations are not intended for emergency situations.
In the event of an emergency, active threat, workplace injury, fire, medical emergency, hazardous condition, criminal activity, or imminent danger, contact 911 or the appropriate emergency, law enforcement, fire, medical, regulatory, or internal response personnel immediately.
Unless otherwise mutually agreed in writing, subscription packages are provided on a month-to-month basis. Month-to-month subscriptions may be canceled within the first three business days of the applicable subscription term. If not canceled within the first three business days of the applicable term, the subscription term is payable in full and is non-refundable.
Month-to-month subscription payments are non-refundable except where cancellation occurs within the first three business days of the applicable term or where otherwise required by law.
Subscriptions secured by a separate written agreement may include different renewal, cancellation, payment, scope, and refund terms. In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and a signed written agreement between Calvary and the client, the signed written agreement will control for that specific client relationship.
Payment terms will be stated in the applicable invoice, proposal, service description, subscription description, or separate written agreement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due according to the stated invoice or proposal terms.
Calvary may suspend, delay, or discontinue services for nonpayment, late payment, disputed payment, incomplete client information, failure to cooperate, unsafe site conditions, or other circumstances that reasonably prevent Calvary from performing services.
The client is responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, processing charges, collection costs, or other charges stated in the applicable agreement or invoice, unless prohibited by law.
For month-to-month subscriptions, refunds are not provided unless the subscription is canceled within the first three business days of the applicable term or unless otherwise required by law.
For project-based, flat-rate, hourly, retainer, or separately contracted services, refund terms will be governed by the applicable proposal, invoice, service description, or written agreement. Unless otherwise stated in writing, fees paid for work already performed, time reserved, site visits conducted, consultations completed, documents drafted, documents delivered, reports prepared, or administrative work completed are non-refundable.
Submitting a contact form, email, phone inquiry, or consultation request does not create a client relationship, does not guarantee service availability, and does not obligate Calvary to accept any engagement.
Calvary may decline any request for service at its discretion, including where the requested service is outside Calvary’s scope, presents a conflict, involves unsafe or unlawful conditions, requires expertise outside Calvary’s services, or is otherwise not appropriate.
Information submitted through website forms should not include confidential, privileged, sensitive, classified, legally protected, or highly proprietary information unless and until a written agreement is in place. While Calvary takes reasonable steps to protect information, website submissions and electronic communications may not be fully secure.
Calvary will make reasonable efforts to protect client information received during the course of providing services. However, confidentiality obligations may be further defined by a written agreement between Calvary and the client.
Calvary may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, regulatory process, law enforcement request, professional obligation, safety concern, payment dispute, collection matter, or as otherwise necessary to protect Calvary’s rights, business operations, personnel, or legal interests.
The client agrees to provide timely access to relevant facilities, personnel, documents, records, policies, procedures, equipment, site areas, and information reasonably necessary for Calvary to perform the agreed services.
Calvary may rely on information provided by the client without independently verifying every statement, record, condition, or representation. The client is responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all information provided.
Calvary may reference OSHA, ASIS, NFPA, ANSI, NIOSH, CDC, FEMA, DHS, state agencies, local authorities, insurance practices, industry standards, or other third-party resources where appropriate. Such references are for informational and alignment purposes only.
Reference to any third-party standard, agency, organization, or resource does not mean that Calvary is affiliated with, endorsed by, certified by, approved by, or acting on behalf of that third party.
All website content, service descriptions, templates, documents, forms, reports, checklists, graphics, branding, processes, methods, and materials created by Calvary are owned by Calvary unless otherwise stated in writing.
Upon full payment, the client receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use delivered documents and materials internally for the client’s own business or organizational purposes. The client may not resell, redistribute, publish, sub-license, commercially exploit, or provide Calvary materials to third parties except as necessary for internal implementation, legal review, insurance review, regulatory review, or operational use.
Calvary retains ownership of its underlying templates, formats, methods, language, processes, know-how, and pre-existing materials.
Clients and website visitors may not copy, reproduce, scrape, modify, distribute, republish, sell, or commercially exploit website content or Calvary materials without written permission.
Unauthorized use of Calvary’s website content, business materials, documents, branding, logo, trade name, or intellectual property is prohibited.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Calvary’s total liability for any claim arising out of or related to website use, services, documents, reports, recommendations, subscriptions, site visits, inspections, assessments, or deliverables shall not exceed the amount paid by the client to Calvary for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions may not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, Calvary’s liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Calvary is not responsible for the client’s implementation, non-implementation, delayed implementation, partial implementation, modification, enforcement, failure to enforce, or misuse of any document, recommendation, finding, policy, procedure, plan, or template.
The client is solely responsible for determining whether and how to act on Calvary’s recommendations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the client agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Calvary Safety and Security Services, LLC, its owners, members, managers, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, penalties, fines, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or related to:
